We’re a family-owned bowling center in Hood River looking for a friendly, reliable
Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, customer-
facing role focused on creating a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting customers

Answering phones and handling reservations/inquiries

Operating the point-of-sale system
-
Providing courteous, attentive service
-
Performing basic cleaning and facility upkeep
What we’re looking for:

Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude​

Team player who is dependable and punctual

Available to work evenings and weekends

Prior customer service experience a plus, but no required
